Antonino, after years of experience in restaurant section in the Sorrento Peninsula in Italy, opened the Pizzeria Pizzicotto Haarlem in the sparkling town of Haarlem since April 2019. Pizza cooked in a wood oven: a family tradition handed down with care and love. Come and enjoy this piece of culinary culture from our South!
The quality of our ingredients is at the basis of the taste of our products. The Burrate is made in the Netherlands by Italian skilled workers with Dutch milk, same for our Mozzarella. The extra virgin olive oil, that we use in our Pizzeria, comes from a small farm on the hills of Sorrento. All vegetables and all cold cuts come from small Italian organic farms.
Our wine list contains bottles of the best and most fragrant Italian grapes: such us the Primitivo of Manduria grape from Puglia, the San Giovese grape from Tuscany and the Montepulciano grape from Abruzzo. All our wines come from companies of great Italian wine tradition.
